Golden Harvest Farms boasts the largest pick-your-own apple orchard in the Hudson Valley. With 100 acres and more than 40,000 apple trees, Golden Harvest opens it's choice orchard to the public for the first time in a decade. We grow over 16 popular varieties of apples and you're bound to find something you like in our huge irrigated apple orchard.

Free Tractor Rides
On weekends September through October, Golden Harvest will offer complimentary tractor rides with purchase of a half-bushel of apples ($10). Hop aboard our easily-accessible wagons for a ride deep into the orchard. There you will find peace, solitude and an incredible selection of beautiful, fresh apples.

Our friendly staff of tractor drivers will drop you off and pick you up anywhere along the wagon route (see map) . When you're ready to get off, just hollar loud and the tractor will stop. All of our orchards are well marked, so it's easy to find the variety of apple that you're looking for.

Families Welcome
We encourage you to bring your family. Kids love to pick apples and parents enjoy the all-American past time just as well. Our orchard is big enough to find a private place to lay your blanket and enjoy a picnic while you pick your own apples. Our wagons are easily accessed and are low to the ground to load all your kids and gear. Please note that dogs must be on leashes at all times.

A Few Simple Rules
Please be mindful of our few, simple rules:

1. No climbing trees.
2. No throwing apples.
3. Please pick only what you intend to keep.
4. Do not get off the wagon until it has come to a stop.
5. Dogs must be on leashes.
